7 Ways to Win the Battle over Stress and Anxiety

The uncontrollable rise of suicide cases due to experiencing or having mental illnesses is getting more alarming from time to time. Two of the major killers of happiness and thieves of a blissful life are the stress and anxiety. These two are merely some of the life-threatening mental illnesses that need to be given great awareness.

Stress can be caused by a growing trauma or fear from a particular situation which you may have felt too much frustration and nervousness. Whilst with anxiety, the person may be experiencing intense fear, worry, or unease. 

If you feel like you’re now almost hitting the very bottom of life, don’t lose the battle – don’t give up. Because no matter how long you’ve been trapped in that tragic mental situation, there are still ways to get out.
